I received the wrong item in my delivery. What do I do?

If you have received the wrong item, please e-mail us your order ID number, scent/size of the product(s) received, and a brief reason for filing a claim. 

Be sure to attach the following requested photos:

  • Outer packaging
  • Packing slip
  • Product(s): Top, Bottom, Front


All information can be submitted to hello@jewelscent.com for review. We accept attachment files in .jpg, .png, or .pdf formatting only.  Once we've received this information, a Customer Experience Representative will be in touch with you with further instructions and/or details!
